| Stayed there 20 x days over the Christmas and New Years. Older hotel, but the room was nice and clean. The bed was a little hard. The hotel is close to Big C shopping mall and several beer bars and is close to the taxi routes. The WiFi did not work in my room and I had to purchase a internet card from the front desk and use their internet cafe. The breakfeat was so so , not to the same quality that I was used to from other hotels I stayed in while visiting Pattaya over the years. The Pool is located on the roof of the hotel. Due to the proxmity of the beer bars, recommend you get a room towards the back if you are a lite sleeper or if you have small children. Overall the experience was favorable and will probably stay here again. |

| Nice hotel with excellent breakfast buffé. The only problem was that our rooms faced an area with beer bars and late in the evening it was a little noisy, but then again it s Pattaya. |

| Good hotel and good service breakfast fresh and good close to beach and shopping malls somehow noisy because of the girl bars near the hotel. Remark, a new hotel will be build next to sunshine vista, this will give a lot of constructing noise. Be aware of this before booking. I think they will start end of this year (2011) |

| as a returning customer as always the vista is great value for money, clean and always a warm welcome.Buffet is not five star but you get what you pay for.
Staff appear a bit frosty but soon get to warm to them.Security excellent wi- fi good and location siuts excatly my needs. |

| The hotel reception staff were excellent and very helpful. Breakfast was superb with a wide choice of items to chose from. The room was clean with a large bed. Everything was in good working order, aircon, hot water etc. No ants either!!! Stayed on the 9th floor - 4 nights. No problems whatsover with my stay here. It is located 3 mins walk to the beach and 3 mins walk to Big C shopping centre, there are also 2 x 7-Eleven shops on the road the hotel is located...It is an excellent hotel for the money. Whilst there I saw 1 or 2 tourists walk-in to enquire about prices, I presume for their next trip. You wont regret it...Enjoy. |

| nice staff. god breakfast.can recomend this hotel.
but the hotel should not allowed the guests to bring bar-ladies to the pool area, not a good thing when there are children around. |

| Hotel has no non smoking rooms,the room smelled bad. Poor toiletteries. Waitresses argued with each others in public on pool area. Service in poolarea was poor. Friendly service elsewhere. Overall overpriced hotel vs. Bella Villa Prima or other same area. |

| Hotels room very spacious for price, facilities better then average, nice size shower, great location to downtown Pattaya and places to visit. Staff very supportive and helpful. Would recommend this hotel for the price range. |

| This is a bout my 5th visit to sunshine vista in Pattaya, it now needs renovating - the shower door was covered in mould - doesn t appear to have ever been cleaned. All floors including the foyer floors need to be mopped daily and they weren t. Saying that though I will still stay there for my next visit, but a bit of new stuff would be nice. |

| Nice location Expensive for what you get, Vat7% & 10% service added to anything bought in the hotel, makes it very overpriced, rooms very basic, Better accomadation at a cheaper price abound |

| The Sunshine is the Sunshine. I stay here each year and each year they try to improve a bit. The rooms are clean but basic and the pool is OK. The staff is a big point in my recommendion. Although professional they are a bunch of characters . I say that in a good way.
Well the breakfast is a bit less than OK but plenty of it.
Security is good without being over bearing.
Overall the Sunshine is a good value. |

| I would like to thank all the staff at Sunshine Vista Serviced Apartment for all the assistance over the weekend & for making our stay all the more pleasant.

| sejour tres agréable,l hotel est très bien agencé.tout est propre, la piscine est très bien entretenu, le personnel est trés agréable,la chambre en tres bon état,a tout niveaux,seule petite critique,l horaire du petit déjeuner qui s arrete à 10H,trop tot,d autant qu a 9h30,le personnel debarrasse le buffet qui est basique en qualité.je recommande et je reviendrais dans cette hotel,sans prendre le petit dejeuner et s il n y a pas trop de russes,car le personnel n ose pas leurs dire, par exemple, que des verres en verre laissés au bord de la piscine par terre c est dangereux,que de claquer les portes à trois heures du matin cela ne se fait pas,crier non plus! si l hotel devient russes je n irais plus. |

| I stayed at Sunshine Vista for just a couple of nights this time. The staff are still very helpful, the rooms are basic but clean. Breakfast didnt have a huge selection but the food available was nice. The restaurant food that we had at lunchtime was reasonably priced and tasty. |

| Good location but the apartments are ageing and showing it, mould in the shower, loose fitting electrical sockets, I have never seen towels so threadbare. Check-in is efficient although I was given a basic studio apartment when I had booked an executive, this was changed when I did point it out. You can not escape the loud music if you stay in this area but it does stop at 02.00am. The rooftop pool is very good. Breakfast is okay but the food is cold but some nationalities seem to accept this. The apartments were not as good as I expected but were probably value for what you paid for before the devaluation of the British Pound, now they are expensive for what you get. I would not personally go back but I expect something better but if you are not paying in Sterling then you are getting what you pay for |

| Real nice hotell,breakfast is perfect, food perfect.Price level is low. Hotell is to recomend to all but not for familys with small children, because the pool is at the top floor. |

| Food at the hotel was not that great. Also did not know that Sawadee.com would charge me 36 dollars because I used my debit card to pay. Reserved a room with a double bed and did not expect to have to pay 100 baht a night for my friend to stay in the room? Could hear the bars close by till about 2am but unless your a light sleeper it s not a problem. Great location for eating and shopping. Everybody was really friendly though and will probably stay again. |

| This is te second time I stayed in this hotel. I was here for 3 weeks. Its a great location, close to the beach and the shopping mall. During the night it is somehow noisy because of the bars arround, but no problem for me. The hotel is excellent, good breakfast nice and clean rooms end spacious balcony.
The staff is friendly and so is the visitors policy. The massage or all arround but opposite the hotel is een excellent massage and nextdoor a very good laundry. So all my needs for a nice and relaxt holiday were arround |

| I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was large and my room had a bath and a separate shower. The breakfast was buffet style with many options. The staff were welcoming from the reception to the housekeeping. The pool is clean. I would definitely use again |

| We had a very pleasnat stay at this hotel . Very close to the beach and good staff. Quiet area . Good for family with kids. Nice and clean rooms and bathroom . Cuation : Be careful about the room keys. The fine is THB 1000 ! - rather high. We misplaced one key but found it later. |
