| This hotel is located a fair distance from the central town. We had a very bad experience at this hotel as we were checking out. They had accused us of breaking one of their lamps that we had not even touched and communicating with the staff regarding this issue was very difficult and took 45 minutes of our time. The breakfast was nothing to brag about. The room facilities however, were clean and well maintained and the pool area was nice. We will not stay at this hotel again due to the attitude we received from the reception during our check out. |

| The hotel location quite far to walking street. Service is good but the breakfast no choice, no interesting. |

| So, the hotel is not bad the building is new clean but staff and service was shown us that they are not suppose to care about customers since many being payd we ask for some very simple things and at the and we got nothing and always No for anything we suppose to be 2 adult people in i room but room was served for 1 person only at last we was so happy to stay 2 nihgts only next time I will not take this hotel again.Thank you . |

| The hotel building is relatively new and well-maintained, though it s 10-15 min drive from downtown. The room is well-air-conditioned and quite comfortable. The staff is very friendly. |

| New hotel with very nice, big, clean rooms. The location is not the best, you can walk to the beach but if you want to go out in the evenings you have to take a taxi. Staff is very nice and helpful although their english is bad and can often cause problems. This hotel is very nice though and I would recommend anyone to stay here, we will come back. |

| Good guiet hotel mybe 10 min in cab from Pattaya city and that is good for you need it when you have been in the city. The room on first floor is great-you going directliy to your sunchair and in the pool from your room. Exellent roomservice if you need that. Its a 5 min walk from the beach but the beach its not so nice, so stay with the pool! Check your minibarbill well when you check out! |
