| Overall , the place is quite good for its location as its near the beach n shopping easy for us.
except for the 1st day when i check in, the reception was quite rude to us ! we reserved 4 rooms for 8 persons but we flew in on 2 different timing, but she insisted me to give 8 passports for check in and i reply her , that my friends are not here yet. than she talk rudely in Thai n say dun know why not come together and check in differently...etc. To everyone s surprise, i can Speak Thai n i understand what she is saying n therefore i reply back in Thai to her n can you imagine the look on her face ! not even a single sorry was say to me...and this really disturbs me.
other than that.. the hotel stay was pleasant ! |

| Airconditioner was broken, have to move to another noisy room, then moved back again to the same room. Poor service from the day shift reception and low quality of ABF. ( tap water should not be served) |

| Hotel bien situé avec excellente piscine.et proche du CENTRAL FESTIVAL.Mais bar fine 300 bth...!DAY
Pas de bacon au petit dejeuner et fruits trops rares ou épuisés..
travaux bruyants tte la journée ! |

| The room was nothing like it appeared in the web site photos. Pool access was the only good thing.We found mens underware under our bed which did not belong to us.If you spent too long in the shower water poured onto the floor in the bedroom.We requested 3 extra pillows and recieved one.The room was very poorly lit but we couldn t leave the curtains open as there were no net curtains so if we left the curtains open everyone at the pool could see into our room. The thumping music from the bars below the hotel also made it difficult to sleep. The music started about 11pm and went until 3-4am in the morning.Breakfast was revolting we only ate there twice as everything was stone cold, we asked if there was any bacon and we were just grunted at.The breakfast was definately not for westerners especially those with young children.Room service was quite good with food ordered being quite tasty. The pool area was clean and well maintained but regularly ran out of towels and although a sign said the pool bar was open from 7am to 11pm the area was not always staffed resulting in it being quicker to walk to the 711 for some beers.We have stayed at the LK royal suites in Pattaya before and thought we d have a change this time round BIG MISTAKE |

| The rooms are adequate, but the breakfast is poor. The cook was frying my egg when a fly settled on it. I pointed it out to him and he ignored me and merrily continued to fry the egg + Fly, and served it to me!! Now I had Flied Egg!! No Bacon |

| very good staff ; I had to call for the heater repair and the safey box setup.that take a little while to wait till I went to bed; the room also was not doen; they had to clean it. |

| Your pool services are open 24 hours to the public. I suggest that after 0100 you close these services so other customers can actually sleep during later hours! |

| Very nice and clean Rooms, friendly Stuff.
Breakfast great Choice, but 80 % for Asian, for Westener poor. Narrow Space in Breakfeast Room.
Sometimes nightly Russian Poolparties till 4 am. |
