| we booked this hotel on a short notice to escape from the flood in Bangkok. The room was oke, we had a familysuite which was very great but the rest of the hotel was a little bit out date. The reception was not friendly at all. The breakfast was oke, not good not bad but some tables were very dirty as well as the elevator at night. The elevator was also dangerous because it closed within two seconds. |

| Отдыхали вчетвером в семейном двухкомнатном номере. Просто гиганстского размера - 18 метров в длинну(через обе комнаты) с двумя балконами на сторону моря и холм. Прекрасные панорамные виды.Два телевизора, два отдельных кондиционера,минибар. Впячетления самые положительные. Убирались каждый день, меняли полотенца каждый день.Доброжелательные и отзывчивые работники отеля. Мы были в Паттая Парке уже в 3-й раз (первый раз 5 лет назад - и были тогда единственными русскими в полном отеле!)и не могли не заметить измененния которые расстраивают: отель битком забит русскими туристами - от Пегас туристик, в основном из Сибири и Дальнего Востока. Даже приезжающие туристы из Китая (маленькими группами по 200 000 человек..)не скрашивают ситуацию! Во истину наши могут испортить все! Приехать в Тайланд, чтобы попить пива и посидеть у бассейна! Вот предел мечтаний нашего народа!Завтрак стал строго заточен на русского туриста-предельная простота и однообразие (китайского меню всего на завтраке осталось не более 5-6 блюд - хотя в прошлом году это был шведский стол длинном метров 10, плюс тайская кухня на завтрак....) Были сведетелям того, как наши туристы на завтраке не могли определить что же это такое....желтого цвета, рядом с арбузом.... - ананас....., почищенный и порезанный на дольки.
Доехать на лифте на 21 этаж просто невозможно (занимает 5-7 минут) - раз 10 останавливаешься, потому, что кнопки вызова лифта две: вверх и вниз и дебилы кому вниз нажимают кнопки и вверх и вниз.....просто необъяснимая тупизна!!!!
На пляже наши туристы принципиально не используют лежаки и зонтики, располагаются на песке (стоимость лежака под зонтиком в ближней части к отелю - 20 бат!!!!), это реально напоминает Сочи!!!! по количеству людей и по нравам на пляже!!!!Если ты весишь больше 100 кг (для обеих полов), то твой костюм для плавания обязательно должен состоять из стрингов! Откуда эта мода!?!?
Раньше самыми комичными персонажами на бляже были сексуальные меньшинства - теперь их днем с огнем не сыщешь!(ну это из плюсов конечно!)На пляже весит флаг футбольного клуба ЦСКА!!!
Улица соеденяющая отель с большим миром -Thap Phraya 12 - реально стала самым дорогим местом в Паттае! Мы её называли Голден стрит! Все вывески на русском!Тайкие лица очень редкое зрелище!Четкое ощущение Сочи!!! То что в любом месте стоит 30 бат, там стоит 150-200!!! Качество услуг - я про массаж, поесть и т.д. - это вообще что то запредельное , но пипл хавает...!
Таксисты и Тук-туки задирают цены в 2-3 раза!!! Ни когда раньше не торговался в Тайланде!!!! Причем отходишь от Паттая Парка на соседние улицы и все по старому и цены и отношения!! Появились продавцы которые позволяют себе хватать тебя за руки и буквально тащить к себе в магазин (как в галимой Турции!!!) это исключительно с русскими туристами! В общем впячетление от Паттаи очень противоречивые!Едешь в Тайланд, чтобы оторваться от нашей серой действительности, увидить что то экзотичное...а в Паттае поподаешь в Сочи!Что же мы делаем с этой прекрасной страной !!! |

| The hotel is very big, but it is old a bit,and the pictures in internet are not the same as the reality, the garden is very big and nice as well but not mantained good,not clean enough.If they improve that the place is nice!Something else - the hotel doesnt have own private beach, it is on the beach but you have to additionally pay for bed and umbrella.The breakfast is the same everyday so at the end you don t want to see it! |

| my stay was what i expected, as i read reviews before i went. Room was more than adequate (superior tower wing) with everything i needed. only downside was the sheer amount of russians, eastern europeans... the hotel was filled with them. It seemed the hotel staff only cared to cater for these people and didnt care much for english customers..very little english spoken by all there.however there was 1 guy who went out of his way to help me by driving me to the local shop on motorbike when i needed to get phone credit. but the rest of them didnt seem to care much.
Location..its well out of the way of the pattaya nightlife..which can be both good and bad..you dont get the thumping music from clubs and its right on the beach..however getting to and from nightlife locations can be a pain..i had a motor bike for the 2 weeks and got lost many times...eventually on my last few days i worked out the roads..
overall happy with the stay as my room was good, although i wont be staying at the hotel again as i would like to be closer to the nightlife and bars next time, and feel a more english speaking hotel would be better suited...failing that... i will emmigrate there and buy a house |

| Отель очень удачно расположен: рядом море (чище чем в центре Паттайи) и аквапарк (очень дешевый 100 батт и весились целый день), до главной улици по переулку идти минут 15, но по пути есть хорошие массажные салоны, кафешки, лотки с всякой едой и другими штучками. Ну и для отеля расположенного на берегу очень дешево. Но питание однообразное, бассейны закрываются в 6 часов вечера. Если вы приехали отдыхать активно, а отель для вас место для ночлега, то это для вас. Если же вы привыкли к инклюзив , то ищите не менее 4 звезды. да, и интернет только на 1 этаже и очень глючный. |

| The hotel was mostly filled with Russian package tourists and not really geared to families with small children ( a mini-club would have been nice ). But the staff were invariably helpful and friendly and generally spoke very good english.
We were surprised to find neither hairdryer nor tea/coffee making facilities in the room.
Otherwise, excellent - clean and very convenient for the beach and for the baht bus route into Pattaya. |

| it is a good resort but old and need some renevation and maintanece. rooms are clean and large, but commen used areas, lodge of breakfast for example is very dirty. It is near the beach, beach is very good. But it is a bit far to city center. |

| nice hotel close to the beach; good for the chlidrens as there are pelnty of entertainments, breakfast is poor as there is no varied food;it is mainly russian and tahi food. littlefar from the city for shopping. |

| very good value for money entertainment but to avoid town house surrendered by buses and taxis spoiling the seaside resort feelings. All seem to be geared for Russian tastes included the breakfast buffet. Pity there are no Japanese customers. |

| The hotel has become a ghost town. Quite run down with most services closed. Very few guests stay there now. Mostly Russian and Chinese tour groups. The buffet breakfast was simply awful. The only restaurant in the entire place was the 600 baht tower buffet. Pattaya Park itself is completely run down. We would not recommend this to anyone! |

| Nice hotel, large rooms, excellent view from hotel balcony , friendly staff & very convenient for families & kids as the hotel has some theme parks & water park , coming down from the tower (56th floor) is really thrilling experience , however the room has no electric switches, even the TV & frig is connected with the current directly, I charged my lap top & mobile phone by using the shaver electric switch in the bathroom.
Over all its very good hotel & not costly. |

| This is my second visit place has detoriated in service standards. Service standards have become very very bad. Staff cannot or can speak broken english.Infested by Russian crowd and hence they seem to have all information in either local Thai langauage or Russian no english. Restuarant was pathetic with dogs moving around the service area infact the count of dogs being more than the service staff itself. House keeping staff used to change the bed covers only and we found cigarette butts all over the balcony/Sitouts. Earlier they used to provide courtesy transport to the city which they say they have stopped due to poor patronage. The distance being far from city this reply sounded absurd. I would suggest that if you want to just stay in the room and probably go to the beach front then this is the best otherwise suggest you search a better place. One good thing still remains is the condition of the rooms- They are still great. |

| fair value for the money - especially if you come with kids. Stay in the tower wing and don t expect much from breakfast. All in all we certainly recommend the place and when in Pattaya in the future we ll go there again |

| Not bad hotel but could pay a little more attention to detail. The clocks in reception are not adjusted and the wine bottles near the morning buffet are covered in dust. Room service did a good job but reception not so helpful. Would not cash a travelers cheque late at night. Tours counter in reception were very helpful and trips very pleasent. Away from the town but a great place for the kids as there is a small amusement park and large pool with slides. |

| An OK experience, but I think we will be looking elsewhere next time. Appears to a favourite among the Russians though.
Avoid the tower buffet restaurant. Worst - and most expensive - food durng our 2 weeks in Thailand. |

| To big and not friendly at all. The elevator boy is the only friendly person. Their hotel policy makes us feel like we - the guests - are disturbing staff at work... big spacyous rooms - extra bedroom for the children. Beatiful view. OK breakfast. Old, worn out hotel, a lot of russian customers - NEW: big vodka in the minibar. Russian signs on the walls describing different fees... Gate to the beach close at 2100! Jomtien have a lot of nice restaurants and resorts. Stay away from this one. |

| Nice place. The tower jump and sky shuttle were perfect and breathtaking. Room was big although the furniture is a bit old. Breakfast was OK with lots of varieties. Nice and quiet beach. Perfect holiday. |

| This hotel was a big disappointment. At the webside it looked very nice, but at once we got there we saw that this was a wrong impression. The reception-area was hot and dusty with no aircondition. The service was not good.
The bedroom was ok, but as we had ordered a junior suite we was expecting a nice livingroom. This was not the case. The livingroom was sad with only a small square table and 4 ugly chairs.
The breakfast was not terrible, but it was not good either. Looking to the breakfast we got in Bangkok it was bad.
The pool- area was not good either. It was dirty around the pool and the chairs/ beds was in a bad condition.
The positive to say about the hotel and its staff, is about the elevator- boy and the pool- boy at the pool in the garden. They were always smiley and nice, but the rest of the staff should have had a kick in their asses |

| The hotel has a lovely view of the surroundings and is very close to the beach. It, however, feels as if the hotel is forgetting about the remainder of their services, as their were a number of things broken/missing in the room we stayed in and the breakfast buffet can be upgraded. |

| The facilities are old, some are not working properly. Considering the low price however, it was understandable. But what I cannot understand is the dirty elevator and the bad smell of the room. The bathtub had stains also. The staff we re friendly but had some difficulty with the English language. |
