| We arrived at the hotel just after it had been deluged by two days of heavy storms which flooded the basement of the hotel. Despite this, it was business as usual and only a few temporary power cables laid across the ground floor were the only sign of the problems the management had encountered. The hotel itself is situated at the end of Walking St and you are straight into the buzzing night life if this what you are looking for. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the staff extremely helpful and I would certainly return again. |

| An excellent Hotel ! An oasis of tranquility within a very lively part of the Town. Service is first class and nothing is too much bother. The Exployer Bar is delightful . |

| Hotel is very good with beautiful territory lake thaystylish garden.My douter was enjoed with swimming pool and slide.Breakfast with various food and fruits.Dinner was perfect in Bali-hai restouurant in open air.Staff is very polite.Good service.Room is clean.I recommend this hotel. |

| Very nice hotel with an excellent breakfast buffet.
A help would be to have a guideline how to reach the hotel area.
Free internet should be a minimum. The internet access provided is too expencive.
I can recommend this good hotel. |

| This hotel is one of the best I ve stayed in both for cleanliness and staff helpfulness. The room had a good position, was quiet and comfortable. I ate in the restaurants several times and the food was freshly prepared and tasty. The grounds of the hotel are lush and extensive. Its position was ideal for walking and shopping in south Pattaya. I would recommend it without reservation. |

| very pleasant hotel. The grounds are outstandingly attractive and the overall cleanliness of the hotel rooms and grounds were first class.
The swimming pool and poolside were excellent. Breakfast in the Restaurant was a pleasure. I found the staff helpful,polite and cheerful.
The room and balcony were spacious, but the bathroom was disappointing - small and needing modernisation. |

| An Island of calm and quality a million miles from what one expects of Pattaya. The gardens were incredible and the rooms excellent and I just cannot say enough about the staff. All within 90 minutes of Bangkok. |

| Iam handicaped without willingchair. All the staff was very helpfull, high class. Room perfect, clean, good situation, swimming pool in a very nice environnement. I hope to go back for 3 months |

| old big rooms with ants everywhere, bathroom not clean; private beach in the noisy center pattaya, quality of water and sand very bad.
No one wants to swim in the beach in front of this hotel, but if you just look for a big breakfast of the king and to enjoy the luxe hotel lobby, this hotel can be choose. |

| Beautiful Hotel, With the exception of the unexpected noisy construction that was going on, everything else was unbelievably incredible. Very nice rooms, the staff was very helpful and polite, the food was delicious. I am already planning a return trip in February 09 and I will definetly stay at the Siam Bayshore again. Thanks to the whole Staff! |

| very nice grounds and interior of hotel and lobby. great breakfast. room was in need of restoration. very old and tired - could use paint and repair. quality of room was comparable to hotel at one-half the price. good location with easy acess to town and nite-life. |

| Good : Hotel view, location, landscape, nice breakfirst
Bad : staff unsmiling, bed smell in some rooms, air-con. weak, impolite action to do some repair noisy work in the room next to our rooms, decoration inside bath room is poor. In general, is could be graded only a 3 star hotel in stead of 4 star |

| Nicely located outside the main noise of the city centre. Extensive grounds and associated facilities - beach-side buffet & pool for example, in addition to main restaurants and pool in main complex. Would certainly stay here again. |

| Excellent hotel. Very nice room, polite staff, awesome pool and garden area. Great location at South End of Walking Street. Easy to get a baht bus at either the front or rear of the hotel. Will definately stay here again. |
