| The main advantage - the rooftop pool. Of the rest: good location, good service, rooms with whirlpool. Disadvantages: too noisy at night, during the day – noise from construction work. |

| Tim Boutique Hotel is a wonderful place to stay. The breakfast buffet is very good as well. The staff are very helpful and friendly. I would recommend Tim Boutique Hotel to anyone and also i will contiue to use their hotel whenever i return to Pattaya. |

| Such a friendly staff and nothing you ask is too much. Would definitely use them again. The location is perfect for a beach or pool holiday and close to all the golf outing arrangers. |

| Sawasdee.com is real about the ratings. I saw this at 4 and 5 start also at regular price on another website for $900.00 for one night, but a special for $250. What a joke.
The hotel is old and I would never stay there again. The location is poor. I don t care what people say, it s beside a pool hall.
Bad Points:
They suggest hand in your key card or face 1000.00 fine if you lose it!!!
Need to bring your breakfast coupon to breakfast. How childish! No coupon, no breakfast.
Welcome drink but alcohol no included. Soooooo cheap.
Safe in room is so old, I needed to read the instructions. They actually advertise they have room safes on the front wall of the hotel. |

| The good: Driving up to it had me worried but once inside it looks like a high end hotel. They do provide toothbrushes for your hookers if you end up with any. They are a guest friendly hotel so bringing back women is not a problem. The tubs in the bathroom are huge. The rooms are big and nice. The staff were all very friendly.
The bad:
Typical Thailand where they will charge you for anything they can so they charged me 55 baht (about $2) for ice. The Internet isn’t free. I would recommend this hotel only if the construction work is complete. The beds are hard. Their rates on their website were twice as much as Sawadee.com so do your homework.
Location was about 15minutes from walking street but if you just go down a block and take the 10baht tuk tuk then everything is within minutes. The Tuk tuks are going buy every few seconds so it’s never an issue getting them. Warrning, if you go to walking street and take a Tuk Tuk back be sure to walk up to the main road or your 10baht trip may be 100 baht because it means you are a tourist. Confirm you are only paying 10. IF you are a light sleeper you may not like the fact there is a redlight district beside this hotel so you may want to ask for the quiet side. |

| My second visit here and just as good as the first. Facilities very clean and tidy and all staff friendly and helpful. They made booking tourist trips easy.
Staff at the associated Tim Bar and GOGO also very friendly and welcoming. |

| I stayed at the Tim Boutique Hotel in late march 2009 and found it to be ideally situated just of 2nd rd Sth. Pattaya. It was a five minute walk to the beach and about 10 minutes walk to Walking Street,which was far enough away to avoid the noise of Pattaya at night but still be in the thick of the nightlife scene if you wanted. The facilities and the standard of service were far in excess of the price I paid for the room.Overall I couldn t recommend it highly enough. |

Location Just off 2nd Road, good for me as i went to California Gym:
I was disapointed that a concert had been booked on the roof top and the pool was closed off for my 1st week stay and i was never offered any form of compansation.

| Hotel is walking distance from the beach, but surrounded by bars where the activities start early evening.
Hotel & breakfast is good enough for the price we pay, but avoid rooms facing the bar side because of the sound that continues till late night.
Staff were ok except for one of the reception staff. She was a bit rude when I requested her to change my room which was facing the bar side. |

| Spent 4 nights at the Tim boutique and it would be hard to fault it. Location is good (a bit tricky crossing 2nd road to get to the beach front). A very spacious, modern hotel. My room was excellent with a huge bed and a jacuzzi. Placed at the rear there was no trouble of noise from the outside. The staff were excellent. Breakfast was good, english or Thai. Best feature was the pool, its on the roof and had a lovely jacuzzi section at one end with a bar. Wonderful. Shame this hotel is not in Phuket, as that is a much nicer place than Pattaya. I might not go to Pattaya again, but if I did I would defintely re-book at the Tim Boutique. |

| Tim s is a fairly new, comfortable hotel in the center of Pattaya. The staff were friendly helpful and dealt with any problems promptly. I stayed in a deluxe room which was spacious and comfortable. It was a little pricey compared to the regular rooms which were on special but the ease of location with parking made it easy to get to and from the different sites around Pattaya. |

| A very good hotel with a clean modern reception area. The rooms were a bit small but tastefully finished with loads of pillows to choose from. I recomend this hotel as it is close to the middle of Pattaya and is also very quite. |

| The hotel location is very good and convenient. Welcome drinks served at arrival time and small local guirland given at the departure.
The hotel staff is very friendly and sympatic. Room are very comfortable, large, bed comfortable, clean and really enjoyed the jacuzzi ! Better to have a room facing to the other side as I ve got a room facing the bar and it was a loudy. Swimming pool very clean .
It is a very nice hotel. I am hotelier and spent some of my time in different hotels and I can recommend this hotel to every guests ++++ |
