| Very nice and relax Hotel, staff friendly and if you book evergreen building this part is very clean and away from the loud music at the streets. I loved the swimmingpool just at front off the building good beds also for children you can watch them from your seats. If again in Pattaya shall good change book again this Hotel if they have room in the evergreen building. |

| This hotel is very central to everything,the rooms are kept very clean and tidy, the breakfast is also great. The one flaw i found was the slow internet connection this is useless for long parts of the day even the pay internet in the lobby is also very slow. If this was improved it would be my number 1 hotel in Pattaya. |

| I must admit the location is perfect for getting anywhere in the city, although the pool was under construction. Very quiet and near enough restaurants that if you wake up late you can get some good food. However i can not reccomend this hotel because of an incident during checkout that when i wanted to look thru the paperwork i was yelled at and said I could not look at the paperwork for which i was about to sign. That left a terrible taste in my mouth |

Его плюсы: 1. очень удачное расположение в 5 минутых ходьбы от Централ Фестиваля, 15 минут от Волкин стрит, по ночам тихо, хотя совсем рядом куча баров. 2. достаточно зелени, 2 бассейна, открытый ресторан, несколько 6 этажных корпусов, можно выбрать номера и шикарные и попроще.3. Чисто, улыбчивый, услужливый персонал. Минусы: тормознутый и душный лифт, у нас в номере был маленький балкон, в соседнем корпусе балконы больше. |

| Good location and nice Hotel, everything you need is around the Hotel. Shopping mall just 5 minutes walk. In the Hotel is the swimmingpool alright and also good for your children. The rooms in the Evergreen building are very comfartabel and have nice airco and good beds. This Hotel have no extra charges if you bring some one with you during the night. |

| Fourth time staying at the Areca Lodge and as usual it was perfect. Started in a Standard room and was able to upgrade to a Super-Deluxe after one night. Super Deluxe well worth the extra money. A few of the staff could be a little more friendly but on the whole they are a good smiley bunch. Only real problem were all the nearby beer bars during Songkran, hard to leave the hotel without getting drenched for 6 days. I ll be back soon |

| Areca Lodge is the most custumer friendly hotel we have stayed at. The staf is fabulas and friendly. Our son got sick and had too go to the hospital. The manager of this hotel followed us to the hospital and visited us here on the hospital. He fix transfer so our biggest boy could go home to Sweden and are werry kindly. | Situated on Soi 8, right in the centre of of Second street, ideal location. The hotel offers all that you could want, first class meals, clean and well serviced rooms and the Staff were excellent in every way. I will recommend this hotel to all my friends. | I enjoyed my stay at Areca Lodge hotel, location is very good: on Soi Diana between 2nd Road and Soi Buakhao. Hotel facilities are great, I especially liked Sky Fitness room and the new pool. There were no service charges on food/drink prices. My only complaint would be that there was no real bacon available on breakfast, and the breakfast service stops a little too early at 10:00. I will return to Areca again. |

| I looked around on the web try find nice hotel for me, and i go for Areca Lodge. And Im happy for that! I had Super Deluxe room in the Evergreen Wing.
I was very pleased. Much better i was expecting, Staff was great!! nice clean room, good water pressure, warm and cold water worked perfect.
Location was perfect aswell. Bars and restuarants very close, but no disturbance from bars when time for sleep. Just a few min walk down to 2nd road.
I will surely stay at Areca again. |

| The older Areca rooms have a bathroom problem with water dripping over the edge of the bath tub to the floor. The shower curtain is fine but water dips behind the curtain and then to the floor soaking the shower. (The real problem is the tub design or perhaps the tub has settled with an angle to the floor.) I asked the maid to summon an engineer who put in a thin bead of silicon caulk about 5cm long. That stopped the leak. Staff provided quick service. |

| A really nice hotel. Rooms were very clean and well maintained, staff were very friendly and the 2 swimming pools clean with a paddling pool for the kids. Not being right in the middle of things was great but you are still only 5 minutes walk from 2nd Road. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, whether single or travelling with a family. |

| This hotel is great, I went for an executive room which was huge and the best aircon I have ever had. Free wifi great breadfast. The whole hotel was quality.
One minor fault I was in the front building and my friend booked in seperatly and was in the back of the resort, when I went to have breakfast with him I was told I had to go to the other restaurant and we could not eat together. I think this problem needs sorting.
Dont let that put you off, I will certainly be staying again. |

| Areca Lodge is a very nice hotell, first time we lived there was in 2005 and since then we are regular customers each year.
You always feel welcome, the staff is very helpful and kind. The rooms are tidy as well as the rest of the hotell.
In the restaurant they serve an excellent breakfast, lunch and dinner with nice and skillful staf.
Therefore we can highly recommend Areca Lodge for new customers.

| This is a very nice hotel and very good value. It is in busy location down a small soi and, whilst being close to the action, inside the hotel is like a little oasis with a very nice pool area. | I think next time i take another hotel.I get a room near the 2.pool,but there was noise because the build a new hotel until the end of this year.I have only a very small balcony,where i cannot sit and relax.Like to change to the building with the 1.pool,but cannot,fully booked said the staff to me.At the reception i have to pay 1000 Baht for the roomkey,for what?The staff at the reception is not very friendly.My thaigirlfriend cannot come and go without me.For this price there are better places you can stay in Pattaya. |

| THE HOTEL IS IN AN IDEAL LOCATION,SITUATED CLOSE TO ALL THE BARS AND NIGHLIFE AS WELL AS THE SHOPS AND BEACH.THE BEAUTY OF IT IS THAT IT ALLOWS YOU TO RELAX AND PARTY DEPENDING ON HOW YOU FEEL.THE ROOMS AND AMENITIES ARE EXCELLENT,STAFF ARE FREINDLY AND HELPFUL,I WOULD DEFINETLY GO BACK. |

| Service is excellent. Room is good. Breakfast is very good. Did not expect to see 2 pools, both are great. Great value. |

| very nice hotel, everything of good quality from room to breakfast - best of 6 hotels on this vacation. Impressive that everybody from bellboy to egglady spoke english. only complaint - hard to find due to lack of sign on the bigger roads - lying very central but in a small soi . Spring for a big sign out there and you should rate it 4 stars instead of 3. |

| The Areca has been open about 8 years. I have stayed at the hotel at least 7 times. I am a non smoker and at this point the rooms in Building #1 and #2 are smelling old inside. Like stale smoke, etc. The New Building will open after New Years 2010 and If you are a non smoker I would suggest that you request the 3rd building. I also attempted to eat lunch (pineapple chicken fried rice)in the dining room and was served rancid food that I sent back to the kitchen. Had I eaten it, it could have DESTROYED my holiday with illness. |
