| The Room was very good.Thanks to a kind receptionist we got an upgrade to a 2 bedroom suite due to our family size, 4 children, and when one of them fell ill. If you should find some improvement area: Maintenance of the hotel could be improved and the nice lobby area could be better planned and used. Great food & price level & people in the hotel restaurant. Nice pool with dedicated area for the children. Not to close to the nightlife and not to far from the beach.Good choice if you bring your family to Pattaya,,, |

| We had a 1 bedroom suite (Versace Suites were booked). The room was spacious and comfortable.
Housekeeping was not automatic and we had to ask for the room to be cleaned.
Receptionist during the day was not very friendly and rather stand-offish.
Restaurant staff very good and service was excellent.
Good breakfast and all round menu.
My previous stay there was very pleasant, this time not quite so. Will try again though. |

| I would have to say LK Royal Suites is one of the best values for the money you can find in Pattaya. The Suites are large enough that a couple could live in them. Full Kitchen, Living Room, Master bedroom and bath with large show and separate Whirlpool tub. Book it with breakfast, they have a great menu selection and a buffet line with fruits, juices, cereals and pastries etc. Nothing chincy here, this was 2nd visit to the hotel, and I will return. |

| The room was just so-so. Breakfast was acceptable. No free WiFi internet as advertised in the room. For the price it was just OK. |

| That was the first time that we stay in LK Royal Suite. We were very satisfied with all services. The one bedroom suite is wonderful. |

| The Versace Suite was excellent, spacious and very comfortable. Food was good and plenty of variety. Service top notch and we shall certainly stay there again. |

| perfect place to be, fantastic room
(one bedroom suite) the place to relex,
internet on te room(10 hrs - 200 bath)
Only minus is people from reception,
arrived at 12.00 but check in time is 14.00 so i have to wait the full 2 hours, what if you arrive with the morning flight at 06.00???? wait for 8 hours?? very disappointed and not so friendly to the customer, the rest was superb, they will see me again. |

| Nice hotel in the centre of Pattaya - make sure you get a map to it!!
We stayed 2 nights in a beautiful, very large and well laid out suite.
We had a room at the front which was noisy with passing traffic and entertainment noise drifting up from the streets. It wasn t terrible but be warned.
Breakfast was included and that was NOT good and served by staff who couldn t have cared less. I told the manager(?) and he promised to do some thing about it!!
I would stay here again.

| This is without doubt the most luxuriously appointed accommodation in Pattaya. The rooms are taseful, comfortable and superbly equipped. The staff are helpful (although in general the standard of English is limited, so misunderstandings are to be anticipated).
Two major complaints:
(1) There is a distinct lack of written information available concerning in-house services. (e.g. Guess where the swimming pool is, guess what number you could dial to find out!). In fact absolutely nothing in the room to advise you anything about anything!
(2) They sold me an internet access package at Baht 250 for 10 hours useage.
It was absolutely use-less. Signal was continuously very low so that it was not possible to access any webpage or even send or receive an e-mail. I had to resort to a dial-up connection. My attempts to complain about this were met only with smiles and shrugged shoulders.
Thie COULD be an ideal location for business travellers in Central Pattaya, if only the trouble was taken to attend to the above two issues. As it stands, the accommodation and comfort level is superb, but anyone wanting to be able to easily conduct a little business, which nowadays requires good internet access, will be sorely disappointed.

| Nice (girlfriend friendly) Hotel with clean and spacey rooms and a great pool. I had a deluxe room and i will definetly stay there again on my next vacation. |

| The LK Royal consists of suites AND apartments. I had one of the apartment rooms. View was over local housing properties; so nothing special to look at. There were only basic shower facilities in the bathroom and the bathroom was small. The rooms are well maintained and serviced daily; everything worked. The breakfast was magic; huge variety and great staff in the restaurant. No issues or hassles at all during my stay. |

| The only issue I had with the service was the hotels resturants employees and the extreme lack of english comprehension. Example: I placed an order for one item and they sent up a completely different item. Also this is the only place that I have ever received a garden salad with breakfast after multiple failed attemps to get them to send a fruit plate verse a garden salad I finally stopped ordering room service. My maid from Burma spoke much better english. |
