| I was in Thailand for 2 weeks and had 4 hotels that I d had stayed in and would say that this was the worst out of the lot. It was the most expensive and didn t give me good memory s of my time there. The rooms were tiny and the funny thing is that I was upgraded? The pool was dirty. It looked much better on the website then in person. The outside of the hotel was better then the inside ( balcony was tiny and bathroom also).I asked for a double bed and got a twin.I would not stay here again or recommend this hotel to anyone of my friends. |

| It was my first trip to Thailand with my partner, so we were not sure what to expect.
The hotel itself is located quite far from Walking Street, an oversight on our part. We hired a scooter during our stay which was very handy.
The hotel exterior and lobby were well presented. However, our standard cosy wing room was very old and outdated. The breakfast was average. Need to cater more for Westerners, for e.g less noodles, rice, etc, for breakfast option.
The pool was big and quite busy, particularly in the mornings. The beach was very disappointing as it was dirty.
Staff friendly, however, when I tried to extend our stay, they could not offer me the same rate as I had previously booked. I was required to go online, book with the same agent, wait for the confirmation, then print the confirmation and deliver the details to the front desk, which I found frustrating.
I wouldn t stay here again mainly because it is a far distance from Walking Street, shops and restaurants. Secondly, because it was very old and run down. We later discovered better deals with modern, new hotels for much cheaper. |

| This hotel was excellent. Great room and the facilities are very good. The staff are very friendly and helpfull. I orginally booked for 4 nights to see what it was like and extended for a further 7 as it was so good. Good location reasobly quiet except for the builers nearby. Easy access to town and the beach. |

| Very nice hotel, well maintained, nice gardens, pool and very good breakfast. Located next to a quiet beach. This is a quiet area of Pattaya, which i wanted, but other people may not like being this far from the action. Transport is available, but they charge too much. I was very happy with my stay at Cosy Beach. |

| This is the second time I stayed in the hotel.We had a lovely time in two Grandwing-Superior seaview rooms.The rooms were excellent and the staff very courteous.Good swimming pool,our children enjoyed thoroughly. The breakfast was also good. Definitely will stay again. Supratim |

| I would classify this hotel as five star with beautiful rooms and pleasant staff! The only disadvantage of the hotel is its close proximity to the many go-go bars of walking street making for a noisy stay.
If like me you travel as a family the last thing you want is some drunken guest coming back in the early hours of the morning talking in a loud voice and laughing out loud with his female companion and friends. Both my wife and three year old son stayed here for two days and on both night the people in the adjoining room always arrived back at 2:00am in the morning making as much noise as they could giving my partner and I only a few hours sleep. |

| Stayed at the Ocean Wing which is the newest of the three wings. Superb value for money and staff are helpful if limited in English. Rooms are very good. The only real gripe I had during my ten day stay was the buffet breakfast - unchanging cheap food and very bland! Overall, a nice stay in a quieter part of town. |

| We have stayed here twice before in lovely rooms, this time went for a seaview room, view fantastic but room decor a lot older and shabbier than the other rooms we ve had. However, it is a lovely hotel with great pools and good selection of food at buffet breakfast. |

| Overall is good except services (when checkin and staff assistance) got problem in the room,i book kingsize bed but they gave us twin,when I asked for changing,I waited for 30mins and I have to pickup new keycard by myself(no services at all (so the service is not that good as expected due to the limitation of staffs) finally they appologized us with the free voucher dinner in hotel(good for that),good location,I stayed in new building, nice view and nice room, I stayed in deluxe room(they upgrade for me)the breakfast is Ok.Lots of foreigner here. Maybe its good for travelling with friend, Not good for family and couple. |

| It is a lovely hotel for stay with family compared with its price, and you can easily find Thai massage shops, convenience store and restaurants from inside and outside. Hereabout, you can meet hill and sea simultanueously. |

Very good hotel in a calm and serene locality. Good accessibility for all essential services. The staffs were courteous. The rooms were very nice and spacious. The rooms were cleaned up daily and promptly. The breakfast was good. Nice swimming pool.
Negative(s):
Not a great seaview from our room. (We stayed in delux side sea view room - ocean wing).
The food was monotonous.(2 days - more or less same breakfast menu).
We got only twin bed rooms and we were not able to join them. |

| We love the Cosy Beach Hotel, but paid extra for a seaview and couldn t see the sea without standing up and leaning around balcony wall. Beautiful swimming pool but very cold water. Rooms nice, breakfast good. |

| We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Room lovely, very clean. Good buffet breakfast. Staff nice. Lovely swimming pools but needed leaves scooped out more frequently. We would stay again. |

| I was lucky enough to stay in cosy beach hotel 2 - a new hotel only opened for 2 weeks for the same orginal price - excellent service and hotel and location by hill cliff
Hotel is very open plan and even ther bathroom looks through bedroom to sea. All have bacony but none are sea facing |
